In my point of view the most important thing in the English textbooks is a grammar. Because when we are learning foreign language, we should be quite knowledgeable about their grammar structure and rules. especialy if we want to speak correctly. No less considerable aspects are vocabulary and pronunsiation. Pronunciation is enough difficult problem that non-native English speakers have to face when studying English. Improper pronunciation can lead to negative impression, misunderstanding and ineffective communication. Even knowing a lot of vocabularies is meaningless if you cannot pronounce those words correctly and no one can understand the words that you are trying to use. Of course, we need to read more to catch the spirit of the country whose language we are learning. It helps us to understand well-known verities and jokes of the country, explore it culture. Reading, even at a slow pace exposes students to more sentences, grammar, and new vocabulary per minute than the TV show, or song. This is why students who read foreign books are able to speak more fluently than students who don’t. Reading offers students a wider range of vocabulary and grammar, it essentially supports and feeds the brain with the correct language structures.

ALL ANIMALS ARE EQUAL BUT SOME ARE MORE EQUAL THAN OTHERS!
Peoples are fighting for equality, freedom and rights. So it was that 4th century ago that now. Animal Farm is a novella by George Orwell. Animal Farm is easily the most famous work of political allegory ever written. The animals take over the running of a farm, and everything is wonderful for a while… until the pigs get out of hand. It is a brilliant description of what happens when the revolution goes astray. I am amazed at how Orwell criticizes the political maneuvers and totalitarian rule, using animals to explain what humans do. The author beautifully portrays the way a revolution is started to stop what is happening and going full circle comes to the same point it started from. Just the face of power is changed. In the start, I thought this book would be from the view point of animals; about how they are treated, how they expect to be treated and how man is cruel towards them. But but but; Interesting to know, this book tells how the ruling class makes fool of the working class, uses their energies and resources for their own pleasure. What happens behind the closed doors of power. How the working class is being brain washed that they are happy and satisfied and free despite of the obvious slavery they have been undergoing. My favorite character was Benjamin (yes, a donkey) , who remains a neutral throughout and says nothing despite understanding everything. A huge applause to Orwell for being able to explain human psyche, political and social dilemma wrapped in the form of this story. There are so many scary and deep thoughts about our society. The most frightening part of the book that Orwell wrote it more than 70 years ago and it is still true. It’s no wonder, that this novel was banned. Published in 1945, Orwell's novel tells the story of animals that rebel against their neglectful farmer. ... The novel was also banned by the United Arab Emirates in 2002 because of imagery they felt was against Islamic values. I'm totally speechless. I really adored that Orwell wrote it as a children story, but it is more than a little tale. It is pure sarcasm and truth about our civilization. This book only 144 pages (Kindle Edition) but it is so powerful. I truly love Animal Farm and I think everybody should read it. George Orwell is a genius.

My favourite book Why do we read books? How to choose a favorite from so many works? There is no and cannot be an unambiguous answer to these questions. It seems to me that we call a favorite book that we read at the right time, thanks to it, we may have been able to discover something new in ourselves, solve a problem, or find an answer to a long-standing question. For me, such a work turned out to be Tolstoy's novel "Anna Karenina". I find the book very powerful and deeply moving.
The story is not only about the personal life of the protagonist, as it may seem from the title of the work. The novel has several plot lines that are closely interrelated.
In addition, the novel reflects the social changes in society, shows the life and way of life not only of noble families but also peasants, describes the ways of farming and the different opinions of the nobles about the transformation of their estates.
I can say with confidence that Tolstoy's novel "Anna Karenina" is so multifaceted that everyone can find in it a part of themselves, as I did. It can be called a work of all time.
Books give us an invaluable life experience, and your favorite work can be re-read over and over again, revealing more and more details. This is how Tolstoy's novel "Anna Karenina" became for me.
Also, we should remember that books are friends who never leave your side. They have the power to help us travel through worlds without moving from our places. In addition, books also enhance our imagination. Growing up, my parents and teachers always encouraged me to read. They taught me the importance of reading.

In my opinion, pronunciation is the most important element of a text book, because without it we can't read the text properly. After that goes reading, because before writing we must learn how to read, but without vocabulary and grammar we can't understand any text correctly, so they are on the third place. After that we can already try to spelling the words correctly and with confident start writing. (Це закінчення минулого уроку, Ви не встигли мене послухати)

My favourite book Reading has been an effective tool to discover the life for many centuries. Books educate people in different spheres of life. They develop our imagination, make us think and analyse. They help to form our character and the world outlook. Books help us in self education and in deciding problems of life. Books take an important place in my life. I find out much new, useful and interesting information from them. As for me, I prefer to read adventure stories, full of interesting real fact and pictures, and detectives. I have read a lot of interesting books, but my favorite book is “The Adventures of Tom Sawyer” by Mark Twain. This well-known book is popular with the children all over the world. This book was recommended to me by my elder sister 10 years ago and I’m grateful to her for that advice. It was really worth reading. The main character of the book is Tom Sawyer, who lived in a small town on the Mississippi River. He was a boy with a wild imagination. He liked to play games with his friends. They often dreamed of different adventures. I admire the courage and inventiveness of this twelve-year old boy. He gets away nearly with everything, although he is often caught in trouble. He and his friends get into troubles constantly and you’re worried about them all the time. In my opinion, this hero represents childhood in all forms. He can easily get in love with a girl. His first love was Amy Lawrence, but later he fell in love with his classmate Becky Thatcher. He can run away with friends to an island to enjoy freedom. Tom teaches us to be noble, kind and brave. He also teaches us to be a true friend. Proof that this book is instructive is a quote from one of the heroes "Knowledge is the most precious thing in the world, it makes a person great." I recommend reading this book to all teenagers who are keen on such kind of literature. It is going to blow you away.

Some people think that as more and more people have television in their homes, fewer and fewer people will buy books and newspapers. Why read the article in the newspaper, when the TV news can bring you the information in a few minutes and with pictures? Why read a novel, when a play on television can tell you the same story with colour, picture and action? However, television has not killed reading. And I prefer reading too. So I would like to tell you about one incredible book “Many years, bleseed years” and it author Myroslav Dochynets. He is a modern writer. He was born in the family of teachers and started to write from his childhood. Graduated from Department of Journalism, State University of L’viv. He hasn’t yet the Nobel prize to his novels, but I’m confident that he deserves it. Nevertheless, he has already won the Taras Shevchenko Memorial Prize. First of all, I want to mention that I generally like to read fiction, history or detectives. But his story has more philosophical content. I had fallen in love with this books from the first pages. And why do I like it so much? Well, because these story is not a typical philosophic books where the authors lecture us how we should live, what we need in this life and what we mustn’t to do. No, the books of Myroslav Dochynets pave us the life of one peasant, who lives in Transcarpathia. He can simple to observe the nature, the life of the animals, the plants or even people and can pay attention to such things about we can’t thinking, however it is quite obviously and a lot of people go for advice to him. I guess, afterwards we read some book, we should be trying to learn some wise verities from the book. I really liked one phrase from “Many years, bleseed years”: “Learn to see all living things around you and rejoice in it – the tree, the bird, the animal, the earth, the sky. Look at them with kind eyes and with an attentive heart – and you will discover such knowledge that you will not find in books. And you will see in them yourself – humbled and renewed.” To conclude, I want to mention that it is interesting to read different kinds of book. Books are certainly one of the greatest inventions of man. I indeed recommend the all of the books of Myroslav Dochynets for everyone. It is possible, if you read all of them, you can see our life differently.

First of all, I want to say that people stop thinking when they stop reading. Only think about in truth.
Unfortunately, more and more of the younger generation do not like to read and learn something new, I think it is very interesting and above all useful.
Today I want to tell you about my favorite book that I want to read again and again. "Harry Poter" which was written by the famous British writer, screenwriter, film producer, known separately as the author of a series of novels about Harry Poter. This is Joan Rowling. By the way the books have won worldwide acclaim, won a number of awards and come in more than 400 milion copies. It is a fantasy story. I liked this book very much from the beginning. First of all, Harry Poter is one of the favourite character. Besides, the plot of the story is extremely interesting and exciting. The action takes place in Harry's house. It starts with a little boy who lived with his cousins. They did'not like Harry because they had a son. Also the book has a lot of thrilling episodes. I could'not help feeling nervous especially when Harry and his friends fled to Hogwards. Harry's biggest dream is to defeat Voldemord and avenge his parents' death. Harry has 2 the best friends. It is Ron and Hermiona. They helped him in different situations. On their way had a lot of dengereous adventures. Also we could saw a lot of stressful situations. In conclusion, I would like to say that fantasy is my favourite genre. So, if you like fantasy I advise you to read this book. I am sure you will get a great pleasure.

A book is one of the greatest wonders of world. Why are so many people fond of reading? The world of books is full of wonders. You and characters of books can find yourselves in different countries and have a lot of adventures. The book is a faithful friend. They form our values and characters. We try to look like the characters of our favourite books: to be brave, honest, not to be silly and greedy, to be true friends. My favourite book is "The Old Man and the Sea" by Ernest Hemingway. This story is one of the well-known works of the writer. The author depicts the characters of the old man and the boy and their relations very vividly and skillfully. Santiago, the old man, was one of the writer's beloved characters. The old man was a born fisherman, but he was not a butcher and fished only for a living. He was very lonely. He had a devoted friend - the boy, Manolin. The boy loved the old man for his kind heart, his devotion to the sea. Manolin was like a son to Santiago. He took care of the old man's food and his belongings. The old man was glad to pass his experience to the boy. He looked forward to going to the sea together with the boy. All Santiago's life had been in preparation for the battle with big fish. He knew that he had been born for this and it was time to prove it. A strong man at last had met a strong fish. The battle was a difficult one and full of danger. Though the sharks had eaten the fish and nothing had left but the backbone, the old man had morally won the battle. Santiago's words "man can be destroyed but not defeated" are the main idea of this story. "The Old Man and the Sea" is a masterpiece for its imaginative language and the description of nature.

Olga Kobylyanska's action story "Land". The Bible says don't kill, don't steal, but does everyone follow them? Of all the sins, the gravest is the sin of murder, but the most horrible is when a brother kills a brother. Who are they? The victim of the crime is ..... innocent, or he get what he deserved? How will parents react? They know that their son is a murderer. Will Sava feel guilty? Or maybe he went crazy? The story is written on real events. So it is not surprising that the writer created such a deep work, because she passed all the experiences of the main characters through her own heart ... This work is worth reading for everyone, because there are the problems of life and death, sin and righteousness, love and hate. Find out what happened next.
