Вищесказані слова, які безпосередньо пов'язані з "відкритим мозком" BEPAS, тобто колективом зацікавлених сторін та службовців, читається наступним чином. BEPAS недостатньо зосереджується на потребах своїх клієнтів, тобто можливості для бізнесу а також у доказі того, що можливість спостереження за бізнесом (потреба, загальний комфорт, опалення приміщення, гаряча вода для душу / купання / миття тощо) має достатній потенціал запустити успішний бізнес із залучення до виготовлення котлів на твердому паливі. Особливо це стосується внутрішніх можливостей для бізнесу. Не знайдено жодних відчутних доказів досліджень, проведених підприємцем щодо можливостей бізнесу, як у внутрішній, так і в інституційній сфері. Результат можливого дослідження повинен чітко зрозуміти, що є достатня можливість для бізнесу на дуже конкурентному та, можливо, навіть насиченому ринку, щоб продати достатню кількість котлів, щоб зробити це вигідним чи ні. Не дивно, що BEPAS виявляє під час своєї діяльності інші бізнес-можливості, такі як потреби в штабелях з нержавіючої сталі, включаючи опорні конструкції та необхідність у виробництві металевих деталей для інших підприємств. Ті симптоми є через падіння продажів, дифіцит коштів, які потрібні на інвестиції, надмірне фокусування на ціні, виготовлення якісної продукції і зосередження своєї уваги на внутрішню сторону бізнесу, а не на зовнішню. У вище сказаних словах йдеться про те, що прямо співвідноситься з "підприємницьким інтелектом" BEPAS, з колективністю зацікавлених сторін і працівників, читачів і наслідників.
