Role play Why is being hungry is the biggest trigger for bad mood? For me it`s just normal when I`m hungry and can`t get any food to eat when I really need it. That`s why I thank that being hungry is trigger for bad mood. Actually, when anybody is hungry it`s even hard to smile or do any kind of physical activity because your organism don`t have that energy, which food gives us. What`s more, I think if you noticed, there is kind of people, that behaving really different before meal and after. Sometimes it`s like two different people, but it actually not. And I would say that food is really great thing that can help you apologize to someone or get someone out of bad mood if you give bar of chocolate to this person or just any kind of tasty food. What about other things that theoretically can make you feel bad, I think it doesn`t work in that way. In my opinion, things like being overweight or not knowing what to wear or other trivia can`t make you feel that bad. Because it`s just not that important and you cannot pay attention to it. That`s why feeling hungry can make you feel terrible.

Role-play. Writing I personally think that being overweight is the biggest trigger out of the given options. Not knowing what to wear isn't that serious, you can always find a way to pick clothes that suit you. Being hungry can affect your mood, indeed, but once you're full, you'll feel like your old self again. As for friends' Facebook updates, I wouldn't even identify them as triggers. To me it seems like a person who's confident enough wouldn't spend their energy on worrying about what others are doing, and spend this time on self development instead. Although being overweight is way more serious, it affects both your health and self-esteem. You must be very determined and disciplined in order to achieve long-term results, so this is something that not everyone is capable of

speaking On the first place, I put chocolate and other sweets. I'm a sweet tooth . I really don't know why, but it helps me in the best way. Then I put exercises. During training I don't think about triggers of my bad mood, so after it I feel tired, but with a great mood. Yeah, chocolate doesn't suit to sports, but sometimes I just need it. On the third place, I put music. I just turn it on and can start to dance or sing. After this little therapy I usually feel better. And the last, a walk. It helps me to refresh. While walking I can take photos and listen to music. Sometimes, I can take my dog with me.

role play As for me, the biggest trigger from this list is being hungry. Firstly, when you are hungry you don't feel very well. Secondly, some people becomes nervous when they don't eat for a long time. And thirdly, for example, my brain doesn't work fully, so i can't complete all my plans. I don't think that, being overweight, not knowing what to wear and my friends' Facebook updates are real reasons for bad mood. Yeah, people can have bad mood because of their weight, but I think that despite of thinking about overweight you need to go and do something to change it. About clothes I can say, that you needn't to stress about this, because finally you'll find what you want to wear. I don't know what about another people, but I think that updates in social networking sites aren't the reason of bad mood. You need to understand that not everything in them are real. If it is your friend, you need to be happy for him or her.

Role Play. Role A - Being overweight
I think being overweight is the biggest trigger. Not only that it is harder to do basic things, like chores, everyday routines (even to find the clothes your size!) . But it also is a big challenge for your health. Being overweight comes with a lot of issues, diseases, eating disorders etc. that can affect your physical health.
Besides that, a lot of people want to 'share their opinions' on your body image. And it's nothing but constant trigger! It makes people with this characteristic very sad, anxious, constantly worrying about weight. It probably affects their mental health too. Makes 'em feel even more like they don't fit in.
Not knowing what to wear - this isn't really a serious problem. I don't think it is the reason of your bad mood, on the contrary, I assume questioning your clothing choices is a result of it. We all feel like this sometimes. Just wear whatever. Most people don't pay attention to it anyway. So you shouldn't make too big of a deal of this too)
Being hungry - (if we're not talking about the global ploblem, then -)This one is the easiest to fix. Just eat something. It's not a long-term goal you should work on for years like losing your weight is.
Your friends' Facebook updates - you should be happy for your friends. Their updates should actually make your mood go up. Shoudn't they?

Role Play
For me being hungry is the biggest trigger for bad moods 'cause it's really annoying and unbearable when you walk out or stay at the university and feel yourself so hungry. You have to rain your beast, control your emotions and stay calm. In fact, a hungry person is angrier and lazier as usual 'cause he or she doesn't have enough power to do smt both physically and mentally. I guess our mood really influences of our meals and way of eating, so usually we should have some tasty snacks in our backpacks to raise our wellbeing. I always put smt sweet to my back like cookies or some bakery. Accordingly to my guessing that being hungry is the biggest reason of a bad mood I don't remember anything about the other triggers ... What about them? Do they really influence on us? ... Of course, for me, 'cause I'm a girl, not knowing what to wear and being overweight are also important things. Sometimes they give me a headache and I feel myself not well. But the updates on Facebook, obviously, are stupid triggers to be in a bad mood. I think that it's not a big problem to worry about.

But when I singing not so good I can become more sad so it doesen't work all the time. 4. The last one is sleeptime. I can relax and when I slepp I can't thinking about something sad and bad so when I woke up I'm feeling refreshing and I'm in a good mood.

I think that being hungry is the biggest trigger for a bad mood. For example when I am hungry I can't be productive or even I can be rude to someone. And it's realy sad when you wanna eat during you walk but you realised that you have not enough money to buy something. I don't thing that not knowing what to wear is a big problem. Yes,sometimes you realy confused but it's not the biggest problem inlife. Being overweight can be a biggest trigger for someone but you need to understand that if you want to have preaty body, you need work on it. You can't have perfect body only thinking about that. I realy don't understand what is the problem if we talk about " Your friend's Facebook updates". Like, what is wrong with that? I can understand if it somethig sad in this updates. But if it's a good news, you should be happy about that and don't feel jealous.

Why overweight is the worst thing for your mood?
Extra fat can cause some health problems. If you always feel bad is hard to be in a great mood.
Sometimes other people can shame you because of your body shape. That is terrible but this is reality. Body shaming is the one of the modern problems. Bullying really ruins your self-confidence and emotional state.
If you’re extremely fat, you can’t enjoy some life activities, for example: running, swimming, cycling, hiking or something else that you like.
Not knowing what to wear doesn’t have to ruin your mood.
In general people don’t care what you wear. Everyone makes their choice. If you’ll think deeper, there are million things that is more important than your clothes. Our planet is a little piece of a billions another solar systems, our existence doesn’t have any sense against the background universe.
So ask yourself again, does your look really matter?

I think being overweight is the biggest trigger for bad mood. It is because overweight person have some differences with other people and he/she can feels badly because of this reason. Also in our world there is such a thing as bullying and overweight is a big reason for bullers. About other things like not knowing what to wear, being hungry, your friends` Facebook update. I think that “not knowing what to wear” it isn`t a reason for bad mood cause if you have choice it is in reverse good. Also want to note that I have never faced with this problem. About “your friends` Facebook update. It is just ridiculously. I think THIS is not a reson absolutely. I never understand people who really worry about this. It is just a social network, nothing more. If we speak about “being hungry” I think is a reson to have bad mood, cause you don’t have enough energy, probably you sleepy and sometimes you feel stomach ache, but being overweight more reason to bad mood for me.

The best think to get out of a bad mood is walk. When you walk with friends you can depresiate triggers that make your mood bad. The second one is exercises because while you do exercise you forget about problems. The good thing too is music. You can just turn on, focus on it and enjoy. The fourth thing is sleeping. If you go sleep you will be fresh and usually you will wake up with great mood.

My flat my parents have got a flat . It’s on the fifth floor of the big house. We live at Bohoyavlinska two. Our flat is rather big. there are five rooms: a living room, a kitchen, two bedrooms and office. The windows and the balcony in the rooms face the street.the windows of the kitchen face the yard. When you enter our flat, you can see a large corridor . To the left of the door, there is a kitchen and next door is living room. the corridor leads to the bathroom. to the right of the bathroom there is my parent’s badroom and to the left of the bathroom there are office and then my room. I think my flat is very comfortable and spacious.

role play I think being overweight is the biggest trigger for bad moods. Firstly, you get upset every time you look in the mirror and you don’t like how you look. Secondly, you constantly think about how to lose weight and that’s the only thing that bothers you. You don’t except your body so you are always angry and irritated. Thirdly, you eat very little because you are on the diet and then you crash and it makes you more to bad. And in my view, not knowing what to wear shouldn’t upset you because in reality it’s not something to worry about. The main thing is that you feel comfortable in these clothes.

1) Sport exercises I put it in top-1 , because, according to me it's the best way to reduce stress due to exhaustion from sport exercise. 2) A Walk Like sport exersises, walking move your body but not so intensivly. It's better for me to walk outside, especially at park or forest, and deep breath. It's calming and always works at me. 3) Sleep Sometimes i don't able to do something, so sleeping it's good way to to stop worrying and not think about anything. 4) Chocolate It is the worst way to calm myself. Because it's only affect my mood due to blaming myself if i eat too much sweets.
